Ok so I'm female, 145lbs 5ft 4in and I bought an XL and it fits over my workout clothes perfectly. I have leggings and a long sleeve underneath in my photos. So fit, I recommend getting bigger than you'd think. As for sweat, yes it works! You can't really tell in my pic but my shirt is drenched and I sweatup a storm! All in all, great purchase!

Очень профессиональный магазин, честно- советую! Удивлена скоростью доставки и качеством костюма. Вот бы все так работали на алиэкспрессе! Итак, продавец все очень быстро оправил, получила в течение пары недель, обычно жду два месяца в среднем. Качество фабричное, все швы ровные, обработанные. Материал выглядит очень дорого,матовый, приятный, плотный. Но не стоит колом - то есть не как клеёнка или целлофан. Воздухонепроницаемый, сауна наступает после 2 минут движения :) размер... здесь точные и европейские размеры, выбирайте свой. У меня s-m, испугалась обычно кукольных китайских размеров и взяла L. Он мне очень свободен, но не критично, L объективно на наш 46-48. Я бы взяла M. Определённо советую магазин! Присмотрюсь к их другим товарам!

I’m 5’3 and weigh 17lbs and bought and XL. I’m curvy and didn’t know if it was gonna fit good on my legs and butt. But it’s stretchy and it’s great to workout. I’m able to move without worrying if I might tear it. It looks like a normal workout pant so you don’t have to wear nothing over unless you want to.

I’m 5’ 3” 170 lbs - I ordered an XL. It fits a little loose which I wanted so I didn’t feel constrained.Shoulder to bottom: 28”Chest (across): 24”Arm length: 25” It’s not made cheaply- worth the money & the sweat! I wear a long sleeved shirt underneath because you WILL sweat. I walk 2.5 miles in the morning before the sun fully rises and my long sleeved shirt is DRENCHED. Can’t imagine my workout without it.
